Dr. Randall Sagisi graduated from Western University in 2013. He has over 10+ years of experience in dentistry and is trained in specialized procedures such as LANAP surgery and Implant dentistry. Dr. Sagisi is a Santa Clarita Local and involved with the community.
Dr. Aviel Gaft is a graduate from Western University in Pomona, California. He is versed in the newest techniques in dentistry and has a strong background in digital technology. He has been serving the Valencia community for the past few years and has recently moved to the area to further his career.
OFFICE POLICIES
Cancellation policy: An $80 "Cancellation fee" will be applied when a reserved appointment is cancelled with less than a 2 business day notice. This applies to an $80 fee PER HOUR. This includes but is not limited to rescheduled appointments, cancellations or "no show" missed appointments. Any confirmed appointments that had been confirmed through text, email or phone call, and are missed, are categorized as "no show."
Reservation fee/Deposit: There will be a $80 fee per hour applied to reserve an appointment for a patient when booking any exam or treatment. If the appointment is missed for any reason - the cancellation policy will be enforced.
Sick policy: We require a 2 business day notice to reschedule any appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. We understand that things happen and request ample time to allow for us to accomodate the schedule in case a patient is sick. The patient will be rescheduled (along with any family members within the same household) for a duration of 2 weeks. If the appointment is cancelled with less than a 2 business day notice before the intended appointment time, the patient may be subject to a $80 cancellation fee for each family member that was cancelled, respectively.
